Intergas Central Asia, JSC, a subsidiary of KazTransGas holding, has been distinguished with high award granted by one of the leading international organisations, namely, Asian Network for Quality, for outstanding achievements in quality management, human resource management, social responsibility and quality of provided services.

The award being the acknowledgment and recognition of the company's successful activities to build-in international standardization in the field of gas transportation and gas supply implemented with active participation of KazTransGas JSC, was handed in at the XIV Annual Congress of Asian Network for Quality (ANQ) held on 21-22 September, 2016 in Vladivostok (the Russian Federation).

The organisers of the Congress included Rosstandart of Russia, Gazprom, OJSC, Rosneft, Russian Organisation for Quality and the Far East Federal University. Among the participants there were famous and honored guests, Professor Noriaki Kano of Tokyo University, Chairman of International Academy for Quality, Academician Janak Mehta, Professor K. Liong (Chairman of Singapore Quality Institute), Head of Federal Agency on Technical Regulation and Metrology of Rosstandart, Alexei Abramov and others. The Congress dealt with issues of increasing competitiveness by quality methods; identifying strategic directions for quality improvement; ensuring quality and resource efficiency; corporate social responsibility; techniques and tools of process improvement; quality as the key to sustainable development.

Asian Network for Quality includes 18 national member organisations for quality from Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, Nepal, Russia, Kazakhstan and other, who focus their main activities at improving the quality of human life by improving and development of the theory, methodology and advanced practices in the field of quality. The position among the leaders in international business committed to the highest quality standards, and received prestigious award is, in general, an important event to both, Intergas Central Asia, JSC and the holding company, KazTransGas, which confirms the high quality of services and competitiveness of the company.
